This family business combines professional excellence with a truly personal touch. The studio is run by Glen, his wife Christine, and daughter Gaynor, so there is a friendly, informal atmosphere that immediately puts the customers at their ease. Glen is a qualified member of both the British Institute of Professional Photography, where he held the position of regional chairman from 2003-2004, and the Master Photographers’ Association. Before setting up his own studio Glen spent over 25 years working for a range of other Midlands’ studios. Modern wedding photography Glen and Gaynor are specialists in modern wedding photography, whether you want reportage, contemporary or a relaxed traditional style. They both attend every wedding to ensure every aspect of the day is captured. Christine and Gaynor then work together to plan and create a finished wedding album unique to today’s modern bride and groom. Baby photography Baby photography is a speciality; Glen operates the Master Photographers’ ‘Cherub Scheme’, which includes no less than three studio sessions with a photograph from each session. Modelling portfolios and PR photography Modelling portfolios and PR photography are another speciality and Glen Shelley Photography can even restore and manipulate photographs to enhance their quality. Old photographs can be fully restored to today’s standards – ideal if you are following up your family history. There is never any pressure to buy – negatives are kept forever, so prints can be ordered at any time.
